So, a new company has just hit the market and is offering a very unique service. I have seen a lot of MLM type companies come and go and very few really have a product or service that truly justifies the cost.

My friend, let me tell you, this is the best idea I have ever seen, in a huge niche market that is just foaming at the mouth for this service/product. What’s the service you ask?

Rentable Solar Power Panels at a fixed rate for 25 years…

Key word being “rentable” and this is precisely why this is working so well. You see a typical residential installation of a solar power system will run about $40,000 for the up front cost. This is not to mention the upkeep, maintenance and repair cost. This is why solar power hasn’t caught on like it should.

I’m not just repeating some sales pitch, I am an Architect by trade and the up front cost of Solar Power is just outrageous and unfortunately the majority will not have the foresight or willingness to spend that type of money.

This company is basically offering the equipment and install at not cost to the user. The only cost that the user incurs is the monthly rental price which will be equal to or less than your current electricity cost.

It takes the average cost per Kilowatt hour and looks at your usage and creates a monthly rental plan that will NOT be more than your current electrical cost. In fact, in the majority of the states, the cost will be less and you will see savings right away.

Even if you don’t see savings right away, considering that you can lock in the current rate for up to 25 years, with inflation and oil prices rising, you will save tens of thousands of dollars over the length of your contract. Not to mention, you will be doing your part to help the environment and reduce global warming.

The only negative thing I see about this company is that it is only focusing on the United States. Aside from that, this company, opportunity and product is absolutely fantastic.

The compensation plan allows independent associates to earn $300 installation bonuses and 5% of their customers’ monthly rental fee. As I stated before, this is an MLM so this structure goes 5 levels deep, so you can profit from your own sales group and the actions of your referred Associates.

Looking at this as a business, the attrition (client retention) rate will be in the high 90% because of the long term contracts, which means truly “Long Term Residual Income” for years to come.

Attrition is one of hardest thing to overcome in the MLM industry, because most of your time is spent replacing clients as opposed to producing new clients. With a product like this where the electricity it produces is considered a necessity, you will not have people canceling too often, if at all.

This company also dominates the MLM aspect by offering all of this opportunity with no cost and no monthly requirements. This is the “dirty little secret” of the MLM industry; most companies require a monthly purchase or subscription to stay eligible for income payouts. With this company, its free to join and free to be an associate and you still be paid no matter what, there are no month goals or minimum sales requirements… This is how MLM should be.

To conclude, I feel that this “green” movement to save the earth and decrease our dependencies on foreign oil has already created a very hungry market for this company. Considering in September of 2007 it will open the doors of the largest solar panel factory in the world, they will definitely corner this 18 Billion dollar market.

There are currently only a few hundred people who know about this opportunity, so the time to act is now, as this is comparable to getting in to Microsoft while they were just a few guys workout out of their garage.

So what does IBP do? Well let me take you through the steps I used to help my ranking. First you setup a website in the program and allow IBP to go and grab all of the keywords, content and Meta descriptions. Then you can do a variety of things to see how your site stands.

First off you can make IBP generate a report about your website which is a very detailed account of every SEO aspect of your website. It will outline exactly what steps to take to make each page better in the search engines eyes. You can generate a report for each and every search engine you are trying to rank on, from Google and Yahoo to the lesser known engines.

I was surprised at how detailed the report was, it actually told me to ad certain words and increase the frequency of other words to optimize those pages for my particular keyword phrases. For instance, I was trying to optimize a page for the keyword phrase “make money online” and IBP let me know that I needed to use the word “make” three more times throughout the content in order to maximize the page for that keyword phrase.

Internet Business Promoter also analysis tags (heading tags, bold, strong, etc…) and reports to you how you can use tags better to make your website more search engine friendly.

IBP does all of this by not only using its built in knowledge base, but it actually studies the current top ten ranking websites and uses their stats and frequencies to dictate how your website should be setup. I believe this is a great idea, because the search engine algorithms are constantly changing so why not just keep studying the ones at the top to see what is really working.

Arelis is an additional program that comes bundled with IBP and it basically analysis the inbound links of the top ten sites for your particular keywords. It then sets up a semi automated screen where you can submit your website to the same sites as your competitors who are ranking in the top ten. This gets you strong inbound links relevant to your content which further strengthens your ranking.

Arelis will also generate a link page with your current website template which will hold the links of all websites which require reciprocating links. This is a huge time saver as I personally know how long it takes to continually ad reciprocating links to a links page.

Conclusion:

All in All IBP is a fantastic program. The price is high and will probably turn off most small business owners as it seems that this program is geared towards corporations. However, the small business owners who do take advantage of this powerful tool will not regret it.

After spending thousands on my own education and my wife’s education, Success University is very reasonable.

The classes and videos mainly focus on the types of disciplines that are not taught in schools, such as self confidence, self esteem, leadership, confidence, and how to be successful.
Some of the subjects include:

• Financial Abundance
• Heath and Well Being
• Relationships
• Charisma
• Public Speaking

The way I see it, these personal development courses are worth much more than what Success University is asking. I mean if you give up your morning Late’ at the Starbucks your tuition is basically paid for.

Success University is setup as a multi-tiered internet business and the compensation plan is one of the best I have seen so far. Now this is not a get rich quick program, it is a legitimate internet business, and just like any business online or offline, it does take time to build some momentum and create clients. Success University is the only internet home business that I know of that actually pays for sales made in your organization infinite levels deep.

Success university also has an automated follow-up e-mail system in place which does most of the work for you in terms of making sales. I am getting a regular influx of leads on a daily basis so I am confident that the marketplace is very hungry for this type of learning system. I do have one criticism however, the opt-in follow-up system is a “double opt-in” autoresponder as opposed to a “single opt-in” which is good and bad. I prefer single opt in because it does not force the prospect to click a confirmation link in their email. On the flip side, this does keep spam complaints to a minimum and it weeds out invalid and unresponsive email accounts.

Anyway, I will conclude this little review by saying that I do recommend Success University as a legitimate internet home business. I believe the classes and videos are worth every penny and I believe the compensation plan is one of the best in the industry. I also believe that to make it in any business you need to have self confidence, leadership skills and self esteem, all of which are taught in the Success University. I know many people have taught themselves or already possess these things, so maybe Success University isn’t for you. However there are plenty of people out there who do not have these traits and are wondering why their businesses are failing, and these are the people who really NEED this education and training.
