FREE Viral Traffic Exchange Techniques

Here is my step-by-step guide to get your viral traffic
and opt-in campaign off to a great start
TOTALLY FREE.

Let me start by telling you what we are trying to accomplish with this viral marketing technique. We are basically going to be using multiple traffic exchange programs to build our opt-in list automatically. We are NOT driving traffic to affiliate pages and/or home pages because this simply does not work. The key to doing well on traffic exchange programs is to use different splash pages to entice people to join your opt-in list.

Step 1: Account Creation

1. First off you will need to create an account with each of the following free opt-in list builders, taking note of your referral URL's and the code that is provided after you complete the setup.:

2. Now you will need to create an account with each of the following traffic exchange programs, again taking note of your referral url's as well as your "surf for credits" url's:

   http://www.trueviewtraffic.com
   http://www.surfcash.us
3. Now sign up for the following two programs to really maximize your traffic and referrals.

Step 2: Setup The System

Now for the fun part of setting up all of these traffic exchange and opt-in list programs to point to the right website to maximize the viral effect. So lets first start with the opt-in list setup:

A: Opt-In List Setup

If you do not already know, the key to building any home based internet business is building a responsive opt-in email list. This is absolutely crucial to the selling of your products and/or business opportunity. I can not stress this point enough - You MUST build a list!!

If you do not already have an autoresponder and follow up email system in place you should refer to the 'Opt-In List Building' section of my website to learn how to go about setting up your autoresponder and follow up emails.

Once your autoresponder and follow up emails are in place and ready to go its time to setup OptInStorm and ListInferno. You will need to login to these two accounts and fetch the code that these two list builders provide. Each of these programs build your list in a different way. OptInStorm ask that you use their pop-up script, which will show 7 different newsletter options from other OptInStorm members. ListInferno on the other hand ask that you use their script which creates an opt-in form on the page where it is placed.

B: Build And Construct Two *Special* Splash Pages

Now you will need to build 2 splash pages. If you are not already familiar with splash pages, please read my 'Getting The Opt-In' article. That article will teach you how to make a good splash opt-in page.

Now that you have two identical splash pages we will now need to insert the code from OptInStorm into one splash page and enter the code from ListInferno into the other.

The OptInStorm splash page will now have an exit popup which will show 7 other newsletters that the viewer can sign up for. By putting this on our splash page we are not only showing our splash page, but when the user moves on the popup shows and earns us credit at OptInStorm. With those credits, our popup will be shown on someone else's website. Basically we are killing two birds with one stone.

The ListInferno code will add a form to your splash page. What we will need to do is make sure that form is at the very bottom of your splash page, outside of the typical frame of the traffic exchange programs. This way the viewer wont typically see it, however you are still earning a credit from ListInferno, which gets your newsletter shown on someone else's website.

Now your ready to setup your traffic exchanges and get each one pointing to the correct place to maximize your traffic.

C: Traffic Exchange Setup

Here is where I will explain what sites you will need to advertise in each traffic exchange. Each of the traffic exchanges above have different rules and different response rates so we will use that to setup our campaign correctly.

1. Login to Hitsense.com and setup your splash page WITH the popup to show when credits are earned.
2. Login to TrafficSwarm.com and setup your SurfCash referral page and your splash page with the FORM on the bottom to show when credits are earned.
3. Login to TrafficG.com and setup your TrueViewTraffic referral page.
4. Login to HitSafari.com and setup your splash page WITH the popup to show when credits are earned.
5. Login to TrueViewTraffic.com and setup your splash page with the FORM on the bottom to show when credits are earned.
6. Login to SurfCash.com and setup your TrueView referral page to show whith your credits.
7. Login to your InstantBuzz.com account through your internet browser and create a nice text add for your Traffic Swarm referral account.

Step 3: Surf Away

Now its time to get surfing. What I recommend is that you open up your Firefox browser and then go to FILE ---> NEW TAB and open up 6 new tabs. Now in each one of those tabs you will want to copy and paste one of your
"Surf For Credits" url's.

Now all you have to do is surf for credits.

Each one of the traffic exchanges has their own different anti-cheat systems in place so you will need to go to each tab and interact with their specific system. Each traffic exchange has its own timer as well and as you wait for the timer in one traffic exchange to run down you can surf the other exchanges that will be open in your other browser tabs.

Question: What Is A Traffic Exchange?

Answer: A Traffic Exchange is a Program that allows you to visit other websites in exchange for visitors to your own website. The more pages that you visit, the more visitors you receive for your own website. Every page that you visit has a timer that ensures that you view each website for at least 15-30 seconds.

When other people view your page they will view it for a minimum of 15-30 seconds before they can go and view another webpage. The time limit varies from one exchange to another.

Question: How many pages do I have to view to receive a visitor to my website?

Answer: Some traffic exchanges send you one visitor for every page that you view (1:1 ratio) and some send you a visitor for every two pages that you view (2:2 ratio) There are some that have other ratios but the 2:1 and 1:1 are the most common.

Question: How quick will I receive visitors?

Answer: Every time that you view other webpages you will gain credits(visitors) to your own website. How quick you receive those visitors depends on the traffic exchange.

Question: I have been a member of a traffic exchange before but it didn't convert well, what did I do wrong?

Answer: It is important to promote a small splash page that will catch the visitors attention when you are surfing a traffic exchange.

One of the worst mistakes that I see people making everyday is that they promote an affiliate page that is over crowded with information that everyone else is also promoting. Keep it simple, unique and grab the
visitors attention. Follow this rule and you will succeed with traffic exchanges.

Question: How many traffic exchanges should I surf at one time?

Answer: I recommend that you surf about 6 at a time for about 1 hour per a day.

It is also very important that you look at the pages that you are viewing because the traffic exchange will sometimes give you a test question to make sure that you are viewing the websites that you are surfing. If
you do not answer the test question you risk having your account suspended.

Question: How can I surf more than one traffic exchange simultaneously?

Answer: Download a browser called FireFox which makes it easy to surf more than one traffic exchange simultaneously. This browser allows you to have numerous pages open at a time called tabs. As you wait for the
timer in one traffic exchange to run down you can surf other exchanges that will be open in your browser. I recommend that you visit at least 100 webpages on at least 6 of the traffic exchanges listed above.

Answer: All of t he traffic exchanges that I recommend on this page are FREE to join, however some have paid upgrade options. Traffic Swarm is one with a paid upgrade option which is totally worth it because of all of the monthly credit you receive.

Question: Why should I join more than one traffic exchange?

Answer: Joining more than one traffic exchange will multiply the traffic and unique visitors to your website, which in return equals more leads.

Questions: My computer has been acting slow since I started surfing traffic exchanges, why is that?

Answer: When you are surfing page after page your computer is getting full with something called cookies. The cookies must be erased everyday to speed up your computer. You can do this by going to programs in your
computer, then accessories, system tools and finally disk cleanup. Check all the boxes and hit ok.
